Refund policy
14 days, no questions asked. If Shoshita is not what you wanted, say so and you get your money back.
The policy
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You do not need to justify it, and we will not ask you to sit through a troubleshooting session first.
You should not need this. Shoshita has a free 14-day trial with every feature unlocked and no card required, so you can find out whether it suits you before paying anything. The refund window exists for the cases the trial did not catch.
How to request one
Email support@shoshita.ca from the address you bought with, or use the customer portal linked in your purchase email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money typically reappears within five to ten business days.
What happens to your license
A refunded license is deactivated, and Shoshita will ask for a key again the next time it launches.
Your data is not affected. Everything Shoshita stores lives in a folder
on your own computer, and refunding a license does not reach into it or delete anything.
If you want a readable copy of your records before you go, open the app and use the
export — it writes plain .csv files you can open in any spreadsheet.
Who you are buying from
Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for Shoshita. Polar handles payment, invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears as the seller on your statement. This policy applies to purchases made through Polar for Shoshita.
